With the COVID-19 virus causing issues throughout our nation and world, we wanted to update you on how it may affect your dealings with our company. We are open for business in both of our locations and are ready to offer you the same excellent service you have come to expect over the past 59 years. In addition to increased sanitation efforts throughout or common spaces, we want to make you aware of a few other changes to our normal business practices. As always, nothing replaces the everyday hygiene practices of hand washing, coughing into your elbow, and staying home if you are symptomatic.
We have some wonderful sales going on right now and we are happy to assist you in person or over the phone. If you are not feeling well, have been exposed to COVID-19 or are wrestling with little ones who can’t go tot school, call our office and our sales team is happy to complete your transaction over the phone. We can video chat, text or email you pictures, or simply discuss your needs over the phone if you are unable to come into the store. Please note that if you are making a purchase over the phone, additional identification may be required.
If you or anyone in your house is self-quarantined due to exposure, please refrain from scheduling deliveries during this time. Our office staff will be confirming that you have a healthy household prior to delivery. Out of an abundance of caution for our delivery team, please have your room as cleaned out and ready as possible to receive your new merchandise upon their arrival. Our drivers will be utilizing additional sanitation and safety procedures to limit exposure. We regret any inconvenience that this temporary change causes you and as always, we are happy to hold your furniture for you until you are ready for delivery.
Right now, global supply channels are in flux. As your premiere choice for custom and special-order furniture, we do the best we can to give you an estimate of when your furniture will arrive. Please note that lead times may vary as operations around the globe are slowed or shut down. If you have an order in process already, feel free to call our office any time and we will gladly check on your order status. We appreciate your patience as it is taking a little longer than normal to get information from our suppliers.
