I always find something beautiful when we shop here. Some of the sales people are great. The front office people are helpful. Their delivery guys are fantastic, hard working, and show-up when they say they will. The furniture here is pricey, but it lasts. They don't always have trendy pieces, but they have a few unique pieces. Always find something new each time we come here. I would recommend this place to others. One of the best furniture places to shop in the area. We've been to all the furniture places in the Waco area, and this is the only store we are repeat customers.

Furniture is difficult to navigate right now. Ordering gives you no guarantee you’ll receive the item within even a year.While building a home, we had been to just about every store possible in the Fort Worth area. In looking for a certain chair, I located it at this family owned store. I called the Temple location in error and met Scott over the phone. He made sure the chairs I wanted were sent to the closer store in Waco. It was worth the 1 1/4 hour drive from Stephenville. The quality is great, the service is great and the prices are fair.When it was time to search for a sofa I again was running out of luck. I called Scott and he had the sofa no one else could seem to locate.If you are within a 100 mile radius of Temple or Waco give DuBois a call. They are just great to work with and will do everything they can to find what you’re looking for.

Great furniture buying experience!We were not pressured into buying anything.Everyone was friendly and smiling when we went there. We had a great conversation with Scott the salesperson that sold us our recliners, not only about furniture. We were probably there for an hour trying to make up our minds with no pressure from anyone, just knowledgeable information to help us understand the type of recliners we were looking into and the quality of materials they are made of. We will go there again. Give the kind people there a chance before you believe negative reviews. Form your own opinion instead of relying on the negativity of someone you don’t know! We visited Dubois furniture for the first time a few months ago, on our second day as Temple residents. We had closed on our new home the day before and were told by our moving company shortly afterwards, that the moving van holding all of our belongings would not be delivered that day as promised. Instead it would arrive several weeks later. We decided that our best option was to immediately purchase a sectional sofa, (which we had planned to do anyway once we had the original furniture we planned to keep in the home) so that we would have both seating and a place to sleep until our furniture arrived. We had seen a furniture store close to our home earlier, so we headed over to DuBois.Scott greeted us as we walked in the door. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable as we searched for a piece of furniture that would serve the temporary role of both bed and seating for the next three weeks. As we looked at their large selection, we explained to him the circumstances in which we found ourselves with relation to the move. We explained that whatever we purchased must be available for delivery immediately because it would be our sole piece of furniture for the next three weeks. We found the perfect piece! Now, Scott checked the delivery schedule.Unfortunately delivery was booked solid for several days. Now what? We needed something ASAP! What happened next was unbelievable. Scott understood our dilemma and called his wife. She had an SUV and agreed to help him get the sectional to our house that afternoon! The two of them made 4 trips to deliver all the pieces and set it up for us. This was customer service that went above and beyond.Since then, we have purchased other pieces from Dubois and experienced the same unbelievable friendliness and superb customer service, (although it wasn't necessary for Scott and his wife to deliver the furniture this time. 😁). Because they so obviously care about their customers and were willing to go above and beyond to help in what was truly a miserable situation, I would recommend DuBois Furniture and Scott to anyone looking for quality furniture and a fantastic customer experience.

We purchased a sectional couch set from DuBois nd realized that one of the recliner lumbar was not holding air properly after taking delivery. I contacted the Temple store and the management set up a pickup after the parts were ordered. I had amazing communication with Kelly from the Waco store throughout the whole claims process. The staff picked up the recliner on Friday and just returned it Tuesday morning in perfect working condition. I highly recommend DuBois not only for the quality of the furniture but their customer service as well
