HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY DELIVERY?

Clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed.

Have an adult present to accept delivery.

Confirm your delivery slot the day before.

DURING YOUR DELIVERY:

Our professional delivery staff is available to assemble and deliver any of your DuBois Furniture purchases – no job is too big or too small!

They will place and test your purchases to make sure everything is in perfect working order and arranged to your satisfaction. 

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, please call our store prior to the delivery staff leaving your home.

If you encounter an issue with your purchase after delivery, please contact one of our stores so we can help!

HAUL OFFS:

If you would like your existing furniture hauled away, please let a member of our staff know at the time of purchase. If you are undecided, you are always welcome to call and add our haul away service before delivery.

Please be advised, we are not able to haul away furniture items that are: heavily soiled, wet, infested, overlaid in pet hair, or broken in numerous places.

If our delivery staff finds a piece to be unfit for haul off, you will be refunded for any additional fee that has been paid.

AFTER YOUR DELIVERY:

Please let us know how we did! Excellent customer service is our top priority, so we highly value feedback regarding your experience. 

HOW DO I PICK UP MY FURNITURE PURCHASE?

For customers that choose not to use our professional delivery service, we will assist in loading your furniture into your vehicle at no charge. Pick up times are available by appointment 9 AM – 12 PM and 1 PM – 4 PM, Monday through Saturday, and must be scheduled through the office 24-hours in advance.

At the time of pick up, customers are responsible for providing all wrapping and securing materials, including bubble wrap, furniture blankets, tie-downs, etc.

All furniture must be opened and inspected by our staff prior to pick up for quality assurance, and to allow you to inspect the item. Items will not be repackaged. If there are any items that do not meet your approval, please immediately inform a member of our staff.
