We’re Just Excited About Your New Furniture As You!

HOW DO I PREPARE FOR MY DELIVERY?

  • Have an adult, 18 years of age or older, present to accept delivery
  • Clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed

During your delivery: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your new furniture or its installation, please call our store prior to the delivery staff leaving your home.

You also have the option to pick up your furniture purchase at our local warehouse. You will have the option to select delivery or pick up at checkout.

HOW DO I PICK UP MY FURNITURE PURCHASE?

For customers that choose not to use our professional delivery service, we will assist in loading your furniture into your vehicle at no charge. Pick up times are available by appointment 9 AM – 12 PM and 1 PM – 4 PM, Monday through Saturday, and must be scheduled through the office 24-hours in advance.

At the time of pick up, customers are responsible for providing all wrapping and securing materials, including bubble wrap, furniture blankets, tie-downs, etc.

All furniture must be opened and inspected by our staff prior to pick up for quality assurance, and to allow you to inspect the item. Items will not be repackaged. If there are any items that do not meet your approval, please immediately inform a member of our staff.
